The GoodLeed Growth Engine

Everything between a local search and a booked job.

One team builds and runs the whole line: website, local search, reviews, content, AI visibility, and a response system that answers every lead in under 60 seconds. This page walks the machine start to finish.

See Where You're Losing Jobs

The problem it solves

The best contractor in town doesn't always win. The easiest one to find and hire does.

Between a homeowner's search and a booked job, there are four places the job can die. Most owners pay one vendor for one of them and hope the rest takes care of itself.

  1. A homeowner searches
  2. Do they find you? Maps, search results, AI answers, ads
  3. Do they trust you? Your reviews, your website, your name showing up
  4. Do you answer? At 6:42pm, from under a sink
  5. Do they book? Follow-up until the job is on the calendar

The Growth Engine runs all four. That's the whole idea, and every piece below exists to hold up one of those steps.

JOB ONE

Get found

Show up when a homeowner needs you: in the map pack, in the organic results, and in the answers AI assistants give when someone asks who to hire. Your Google Business Profile run properly, a real page for every service and every city you work, schema on all of it, and ads when the engine is ready to spend money well.

JOB TWO

Get chosen

A homeowner comparing three companies picks the one that looks like the obvious call. That's a fast site that works on a phone, reviews that are recent and specific instead of old and vague, and a steady stream of published work that makes you look like the company that's busy because it's good.

JOB THREE

Get booked

The part other agencies skip, and the reason this is one engine instead of six services. Getting found and chosen means nothing if the call rings out at 6:42pm.

  • Every lead answered in under 60 seconds, day or night, from every channel the engine runs.
  • Missed calls texted back automatically, while the homeowner still has their phone in hand.
  • Follow-up for days, not hours, until the job is booked or the lead says no.
  • Every call and lead tracked to booked revenue on a dashboard you can open any time.

Other agencies get you found. We make sure it turns into work. Every lead answered in 60 seconds, or that month is free.

Why it's one machine, not six services

The pieces feed each other, and that's the part a stack of separate vendors can't do.

  • Reviews aren't just trust, they're rankings. Recent review volume and the words inside reviews move your map position. The review engine is doing SEO work.
  • Content isn't just posts, it's what AI reads. The same pages that rank in Google are what AI assistants read to decide if you're a real answer.
  • Response isn't just service, it's the multiplier. Everything above earns the phone call. The response system is what turns the call into revenue, and the tracking is what proves which piece earned it.

Split that across a website guy, an SEO vendor and whoever set up the ads, and nobody owns the outcome. One team has to answer for the whole line.

What it costs

$997 a month, month to month, no contract. That's the whole engine: everything on this page except ad spend. A one-time website build is quoted up front where a new site is needed.

Google Ads gets added once the engine is converting, and your ad budget stays in your own account. The pricing section has the full list.

Questions we get asked

Can I buy just one piece of it?

We sell it as one system at one price, because the pieces feed each other and splitting them is how results get lost between vendors. If you're not ready for the whole thing, run the free scorecard or the $97 audit first. It will show you what's most broken, and we'll be straight with you about what to fix first, whether or not you hire us.

How long until it's running?

Thirty days from the first call. Week zero is the audit, weeks one to four are the build: site, search foundations, review engine, content calendar and the response system, connected and live.

When do Google Ads turn on?

Once the engine is converting, not before. Buying traffic into a slow site and an unanswered phone makes the leak more expensive. When ads do turn on, the budget stays in your own account and is never marked up.

What do I have to do?

Take the jobs. You approve the site before launch and see everything on the dashboard, but the point of the engine is that it runs while you work. We review the numbers with you every month.
